Our chef has thoughtfully crafted this evening's menu to celebrate the rich flavors of the season, showcasing the freshness and quality of ingredients harvested directly from Luna Farms with a menu featuring Peruvian cuisine. 

Hors d'oeuvre

Papa a la Huancaina 

A classic Peruvian hors d'oeuvre served during guest interaction. This dishe features tender potatoes topped with a rich, creamy aji amarillo and cheese sauce, served with optional botija olives. 

Appetizer

Causa Limeña 

Another classic Peruvian dish of layered yellow potatoes seasoned with lime and aji amarillo, layered with a creamy farm fresh chicken and avocado.

Soup

Velvety Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

A silky, slow-roasted butternut squash soup finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, fresh garden herbs, and crispy fried onions for added texture and warmth.

Main Course.

Luna Farms Pasture-Raised Chicken

Peruvian style roasted chicken marinated with traditional flavors, aromatic garden herbs and slow roasted until tender and golden to highlight the freshness of a farm grown chicken.

Dessert

Suspiro a la Limeña

Beloved Peruvian dessert featuring caramel-like dulce de leche custard crowned with a light, deliccated meringue.

Alfajores

Buttery Peruvian cookies filled with rich manjar blanco (dulce de leche), lightly dusted with powdered sugar.

Luna Farms is a small, family-run farm rooted in Central Florida, grounded in three generations of farming and animal husbandry that began in Peru. Our family's history of working the land and raising animals instilled values for responsibility, care, and respect for nature. Principles that continue to guide is today.
